头孢曲松联合雷尼替丁治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of ceftriaxone combined with ranitidine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis

目的探究头孢曲松联合雷尼替丁治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年12月我院收治的90例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用头孢曲松治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用雷尼替丁。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前、后的血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原(PCT)水平以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的TNF-α、IL-6、CRP和PCT水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头孢曲松联合雷尼替丁治疗急性胰腺炎具有较好的临床效果,可降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ceftriaxone combined with ranitidine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to December2018 were selected as the study objects, and the patients were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ceftriaxone, and the observation group was treated with ranitidine on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6), C-reactive protein(CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT) before and after treatment and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, CRP and PCT in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Ceftriaxone combined with ranitidine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis has a better clinical effect, and can reduce the incidence of complications.
