鲑鱼降钙素联合阿尔法骨化醇治疗老年骨质疏松的临床效果

Clinical effect of salmon calcitonin combined with alphacalcidol in the treatment of senile osteoporosis

目的分析鲑鱼降钙素联合阿尔法骨化醇治疗老年骨质疏松的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的72例老年骨质疏松患者,将其随机分为对照组(36例,碳酸钙)和观察组(36例,碳酸钙+鲑鱼降钙素+阿尔法骨化醇)。比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组腰椎2、腰椎3、腰椎4的BMD均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.01);治疗3、6个月后,观察组的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鲑鱼降钙素联合阿尔法骨化醇治疗老年骨质疏松的临床效果显著,可明显改善患者腰椎BMD水平并缓解骨痛。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of salmon calcitonin combined with alphacalcidol in the treatment of senile osteoporosis. Methods Seventy-two senile osteoporosis patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(36 cases, calcium carbonate) and observation group(36 cases, calcium carbonate +salmon calcitonin +alphacalcidol). The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the BMD of lumbar vertebra 2,lumbar vertebra 3 and lumbar vertebra 4 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.01);after 3, 6 months of treatment, the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Salmon calcitonin combined with alphacalcidol in the treatment of senile osteoporosis has a significant clinical effect, which can significantly improve the BMD level of lumbar vertebrae and relieve bone pain.
