摘要
目的探讨En Cor真空辅助微创旋切术治疗乳腺纤维瘤对患者乳晕区感觉神经损伤的影响。方法将我院2015年4月至2018年1月收治的乳腺纤维瘤患者80例根据不同治疗方法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。观察组患者采用En Cor真空辅助微创旋切术治疗,对照组患者采用环乳晕切口术治疗。比较两组患者的手术相关指标、乳晕区感觉神经情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组的手术时间、切口长度、瘢痕长度、愈合时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 d及6个月的乳晕区感觉神经情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率为5.00%,略低于对照组的10.00%(P>0.05)。结论 En Cor真空辅助微创旋切术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的效果确切,可有效减少术后乳晕区感觉神经损伤,不增加并发症,值得推荐。
Objective To investigate the effect of EnCor vacuum assisted minimally invasive circumcision on sensory nerve injury in the areola region of patients with breast fibroma. Methods From April 2015 to January 2018, 80 patients with breast fibroma admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with EnCor vacuum assisted minimally invasive circumcision, and the control group was treated with circummammary areola incision. The operation related indexes, sensory nerves in the areola region and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time, incision length, scar length, healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss volume was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05). The state of sensory nerve in the areola region of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.00%, which was slightly lower than 10.00% in the control group(P >0.05). Conclusion En Cor vacuum assisted minimally invasive circumcision is effective in the treatment of breast fibroma. It can effectively reduce the sensory nerve injury in the areola region after operation, and doesn’t increase complications, which is worth recommending.
