针刺联合宁静贴治疗心火亢盛型失眠症的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with tranquility plaster on insomnia with hyperactivity of heart fire type

目的观察针刺联合宁静贴治疗心火亢盛型失眠的临床效果。方法将门诊收治的60例心火亢盛型失眠患者随机分成A、B、C三组,每组20例。A组给予针刺联合宁静贴片治疗,B组给予常规针刺,C组给予口服艾司唑仑片。比较三组治疗效果。结果三组患者治疗愈显率和总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,A组PSQI各因子评分及总分、HAMA、HAMD评分均低于B、C组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合宁静贴片能改善失眠症状,对治疗心火亢盛型失眠有较好的临床效果,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with tranquility plaster on insomnia with hyperactivity of heart fire. Methods Sixty cases of insomnia with hyperactivity of heart fire type admitted in the clinic were randomly divided into group A, B, and C, with 20 cases in each group. The group A was treated with acupuncture combined with tranquility plaster, the group B was treated with routine acupuncture, and the group C was given oral estazolam. The therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences between the three groups in the markedly effective rate and total effective rate of treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the PSQI factor scores and total scores, HAMA and HAMD scores in the group A were lower than those in the group B and C(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with tranquility plaster can improve insomnia symptoms, with a good clinical effect on insomnia of hyperactivity of heart fire type, which is worth popularizing.
