芪冬颐心口服液对病毒性心肌炎患者免疫功能、心功能及炎性因子的影响

Effects of Qidong Yixin oral liquid on immunologic function, cardiac function and inflammatory factor in patients with viral myocarditis

目的探讨芪冬颐心口服液对病毒性心肌炎患者免疫功能、心功能及炎性因子的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2017年12月我院收治的72例病毒性心肌炎患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,每组36例。对照组采用常规方法进行治疗,研究组使用芪冬颐心口服液进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组的IL-2、IL-10、TNF-α水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组各项心功能指标均改善,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均提高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组的治疗总有效率显著低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论对病毒性心肌炎患者采用芪冬颐心口服液进行治疗,可显著降低其血清中的IL-2、IL-10、TNF-α水平,提高患者自身免疫功能,促进血压和心率的恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qidong Yixin oral liquid on immunologic function, cardiac function and inflammatory factor in patients with viral myocarditis. Methods Seventy-two cases of viral myocarditis admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and research group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine methods, and the research group was treated with Qidong Yixin oral liquid. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of IL-2, IL-10 and TNF-α in both groups decreased, and those in the research group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, all indexes of cardiac function in the two groups improved, and those in the research group were better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, CD3^+, CD4^+, CD4^+/CD8^+of the two groups increased, and those in the research group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was significantly lower than that in the research group(P <0.05). Conclusion Qidong Yixin oral liquid can significantly reduce the serum levels of IL-2, IL-10 and TNF-α, improve the immunologic function, and promote the recovery of blood pressure and heart rate of patients with viral myocarditis, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
