有氧运动辅助跨理论模型的护理方案对高血压患者运动及服药遵从行为的影响

Effects of aerobic exercise-assisted intertheoretical model nursing scheme on exercise and drug compliance behavior in patients with hypertension

目的分析有氧运动辅助跨理论模型的护理方案对高血压患者运动及服药遵从行为的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月我院收治的124例高血压患者,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各62例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予有氧运动及跨理论模型的护理方案。比较两组护理效果。结果护理1、3个月后,两组患者的SBP、DBP、TG、BMI均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的高切全血粘度、低切全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞比容均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的MMAS评分、运动行为评分及BI评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论有氧运动辅助跨理论模型的护理方案效果显著,能有效提高运动及服药行为的依从性,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effects of aerobic exercise-assisted intertheoretical model nursing scheme on exercise and drug compliance behavior in patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 124 patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 62 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received aerobic exercise-assisted intertheoretical model nursing scheme on this basis. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 1, 3 months of nursing, SBP, DBP, TG and BMI of the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing, the high shear whole blood viscosity, low shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte specific volume hematocrit of the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing, the scores of MMAS, motor behavior and BI of the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise-assisted intertheoretical model nursing scheme has significantly effect, it can effectively improve the exercise and drug compliance behavior of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
