个体化心理护理联合改良式拔尿管对患者疼痛、不适感的影响

Effect of individualized psychological nursing combined with modified urinary catheter extraction on pain and discomfort of patients

目的分析个体化心理护理联合改良式拔尿管对患者疼痛、不适感的影响。方法选取于我院住院并留置尿管的96例患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。两组均实施改良式拔尿管,观察组在此基础上实施个体化心理护理,对照组实施常规导管护理。比较两组拔管前、后的情绪状态,拔管时的疼痛情况、不适情况及拔管后的自主排尿时间。结果拔管后,两组患者的Beck焦虑量表(BAI)、Beck抑郁量表(BDI)评分均下降,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。拔管时,观察组的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、不适感评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。拔管后,观察组的自主排尿时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化心理护理联合改良式拔尿管更利于改善患者的负性情绪,减轻疼痛、不适感,并可促进患者自主排尿。

Objective To analyze the effect of individualized psychological nursing combined with modified urinary catheter extraction on pain and discomfort of patients. Methods Ninety-six patients hospitalized in our hospital with indwelling catheter were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with modified urinary catheter extraction, while the observation group was given individualized psychological nursing on this basis, the control group was given routine catheter nursing. The emotional state before and after extubation, the pain and discomfort during extubation, and the autonomous urination time after extubation were compared between the two groups. Results After extubation, the scores of Beck anxiety inventory(BAI) and Beck depression inventory(BDI) in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). At the time of extubation, the scores of visual analogue score(VAS) and discomfort in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). After extubation, the autonomous urination time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized psychological nursing combined with modified urinary catheter extraction is more conducive to improving the negative emotions of patients, reducing pain and discomfort, and promoting the patients’ autonomous urination.
