健康体检人群的心理护理需求现状及护理对策

Current status of psychological nursing needs of health check-up subjects and nursing strategies

目的分析健康体检人群的心理护理需求现状,并探讨有效的护理对策。方法选取我院体检中心的267名受检者作为问卷调查对象,应用需求测试表调查其护理需求状况。于2018年6月制定并实施相应护理对策,另随机选取2018年2月至2018年9月在我院体检中心参与健康体检的184例受检者为研究对象,根据体检时间的不同将其分为对照组(对策实施前)和观察组(对策实施后),各92例。比较两组受检者SCL-90评分及满意度。结果调查结果表明,受检者对于体检护理需求最强烈的为医务人员素质,其次为信息告知、心理护理、隐私安全、时效性,需求最低的是便捷性服务;观察组满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的SCL-90各项评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康体检工作中应充分了解受检者护理需要,提高体检人员综合素质的同时做好受检者的心理护理,有助于减轻其心理压力,进而提高体检质量和体检满意度。

Objective To analyze the current status of psychological nursing needs of health check-up subjects, and explore effective nursing strategies. Methods A total of 267 subjects in health examination center of our hospital were selected as the objects of questionnaire survey, and their nursing needs were investigated with the needs test form. In June2018, the corresponding nursing countermeasures were formulated and implemented. In addition, 184 subjects who participated in the health check-up in the health examination center of our hospital from February 2018 to September 2018 were randomly selected as the research objects. According to the different physical examination time, the subjects were divided into control group(before the implementation of the countermeasures) and observation group(after the implementation of the countermeasures), with 92 cases in each group. The SCL-90 score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The survey results showed that the strongest needs for health check-up of subjects was the quality of medical staff, followed by information notification, psychological care, privacy security, timeliness, and the lowest needs was convenient service;the satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of SCL-90 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the health check-up work, the nursing needs of subjects should be fully understood, and the comprehensive quality of the medical examiners should be improved while psychological care should be done to help the subjects reduce psychological stress, so as improve the quality and satisfaction of health check-up.
