安全预警护理模式在神经内科护理不良事件控制中的应用效果

Application effect of safety early warning nursing mode in the control of adverse events in neurology department

目的探讨安全预警护理模式在神经内科护理不良事件控制中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月至2019年1月于我院神经内科住院治疗的216例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字分组法将其分为对照组(108例,临床常规护理)和观察组(108例,临床常规护理+安全预警护理)。比较两组护理不良事件发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组护理不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安全预警护理模式能有效降低神经内科患者临床护理不良事件的发生率,提升其护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of safety early warning nursing mode in the control of adverse events in neurology department. Methods A total of 216 patients who were hospitalizaed in neurology department of our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group(108 cases, number routine nursing) and observation group(108 cases, clinical routine nursing +safety early warning nursing) by random number grouping method. The occurrence of nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Safety early warning nursing mode can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in clinical nursing of neurology department patients and improve their nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
