Study on the obstacles and strategies of breast feeding in neonatal intensive care unit

母乳是新生儿最佳的营养食物,母乳喂养也是世界卫生组织推荐的最佳喂养方式,母乳喂养对新生儿及母亲皆有很大益处。本文阐述了新生儿重症监护室(NICU)母乳喂养的现状及其阻碍因素,对国内外可提高NICU母乳喂养率的各种策略进行总结,旨在为临床提供参考依据。

Breast milk is the best nutritious food for newborns, and breast feeding is also the best feeding method recommended by the World Health Organization. Breast feeding is of great benefit to both newborns and mothers. This paper describes the current situation and obstacles of breast feeding in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU), and summarizes various strategies to improve the breast feeding rate of NICU at home and abroad. The purpose is to provide reference for clinical practice.
