高职院校学生跟岗实习管理方案探讨——以辽宁轨道交通职业学院为例

Discussion on the Management Plan of Post Practice for Students in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Liaoning Vocational College of Rail Transit as an Example

高职院校学生实习是实现职业教育培养目标、提升学生综合素养的重要环节,是教育教学的核心部分。文章以辽宁轨道交通职业学院为例,结合学院实际进行学生跟岗实习工作方案的研究与设计,通过实践取得了良好的预期效果,愿为高职院校圆满地完成学生跟岗实习及管理工作提供借鉴。

Student internship in higher vocational colleges is an important link to achieve the goal of vocational education and improve students'comprehensive quality,and is the core part of education and teaching.Taking Liaoning rail transit vocational college as an example,this paper studies and designs the program of students'on-job internship based on the actual situation of the college,and obtains good expected results through practice.It is willing to provide reference for vocational colleges to successfully complete students'on-job internship and management work.
