Construction of Hydrology Teachers Based on National Standard and Engineering Education Certification

师资队伍建设是高校教育的基础和人才培养的关键,文章对照国家标准及工程教育专业认证标准,结合师资队伍的现状,分析了当前存在的主要问题,提出了基于国家标准和工程教育专业认证标准的水文与水资源工程专业师资队伍建设策略。

The construction of teaching staff is the basis of education in colleges and universities and the key to the cultivation of talents.According to the national standards and the certification standards of engineering education specialty,combined with the present situation of teaching staff,this paper analyzes the main problems existing at present.The construction strategy of hydrologic and water resources engineering teaching staff based on national standard and engineering education certification standard is put forward.
