摘要
现代职业教育体系背景下加快“双师双能”型师资队伍建设已经成为社会和教育界的共同呼声。深化教师参加企业实践制度,及时获取产业转型升级的新内容是提升职业教育教师“双师双能”素质的关键,也是保障教学内容紧跟社会发展需求的有效途径。文章旨在通过梳理职业教育师资培养发展的历程,分析当前职业教育师资培养中存在的问题,并针对相应问题,探索企业实践制度的实施要素,对推动职业教育校企深度合作、完善职业教育师资培养制度、加强“双师双能”教师队伍建设、提高教师专业实践能力和教学水平等方面均提出了具有实践指导价值的建议。
The purpose of this paper is to sort out the course of the development of vocational education teachers'training,analyze the problems existing in the current vocational education teachers'training,and in view of the corresponding problems,explore the implementation elements of enterprise practice system,in order to promote the deep cooperation between vocational education schools and enterprises,improve the vocational education teachers'training system,strengthen the construction of"double teachers and dual abilities"teachers,and improve teachers'professional practice ability.Suggestions with practical guiding value are put forward in terms of teaching level and so on.
