民办高校思想政治教育协同创新育人研究

Research on the Cooperative Innovation Education of Ideological and Political Education in Private Colleges and Universities

随着我国民办高校教育体系的发展,民办高等教育在高校教育中的比重越来越重要。无论是纵向还是横向,都对民办高等学校提出了新的挑战。横向表现在民办高校人数在规模上一直在增长,呈现出增长指数趋于稳态的成熟期;纵向挑战表现在高等教育对民办高校思想政治育人模式提出了新的要求,这使得民办高等教育必须探索新途径,学习公办高校的经验,创新民办教育的办法。教育部2014年提出“2011”高等学校协同创新计划,为高校探索协同育人提出了指导性的方向,基于系统理论下的协同创新和协同育人研究为高校协同育人提供了新视角。在多主体共生的社会语境下的协同合作关系中提高了各主体间合作的空间维度,由简单的二维合作关系,提升到由协作而激发多方位、全时空、多主体的三维立体模型,引导民办高校主动形成教育教学系统、学生工作系统与社会协作系统共同作用的思想政治育人系统。为民办高校思想政治育人工作探索合作模式、工作规律、育人方法提供可借鉴的模型。

With the development of the education system of private colleges in China,the proportion of private higher education is becoming more and more important.Vertical and horizontal developments have posed new challenges:the number of private colleges has been increasing in scale,showing a mature period in which the growth index tends to be steady horizontally,longitudinal challenges are the new requirements of higher education for the ideological and political education in private colleges.The Ministry of Education put forward the"2011"collaborative innovation plan for colleges,which provides a guiding direction.The research on collaborative innovation and collaborative education based on system theory provides a new perspective for university collaborative education.The cooperative relationship enhanced the spatial dimension of cooperation among different subjects.By upgrading the three-dimensional model fromtwo-dimensional cooperative relationship,it can provide reference model for ideological and political education in private colleges and universities.
