基于微信平台的翻转课堂在新入职护士实训教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨基于微信平台的翻转课堂模式在新入职护士实训教学中的应用效果。方法:将我院老年科46名新入职护士按电脑随机分组(为传统组23人,改良组23人),传统组采用老年病科常规技能实训模式培训,改良组采用翻转课堂联合微信实训模式培训,运用新入职护士自我评价;技能考核;轮转护士优服满意度评分,对微信翻转课堂模式的培训效果进行评定。结果:与常规技能实训模式相比,改良组新入职护士实训后自我评价比较、技能考核成绩、轮转护士的优服满意度评分有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用微信翻转课堂实训模式进行规范化培训,可以提高新护士主动学习能力和学习效果;提升患者对新入职护士护理服务质量的评价,为医院培养老年护理骨干搭建优势平台。 Objective:to explore the application effect of the flipped classroom mode based on the WeChat platform in the practice teaching of the new nurses.Method:according to computer,46 new nurses in the geriatrics department in our hospital were randomly divided into traditional group(n=23)and improvement group(n=23).The traditional group adopted the training mode of routine skills in geriatrics department,and the improved group adopted the training mode of flipped classroom combined WeChat training.The training effect of WeChat flipped classroom model was evaluated by using the self-evaluation of new nurses,the skill assessment and the satisfaction score of rotating nurses in excellent service.Result:after training,the self-evaluation of the new nurses,the scores of skill assessment and the satisfaction score of rotating nurses in the improved group after training were significantly higher than those of the traditional skill training model(P<0.05).Conclusion:using WeChat flipped classroom model training model to carry out standardized training,it can improve the active learning ability and learning effect of new nurses,improve the evaluation of nursing service quality of new nurses,and build an advantage platformfor the cultivation of elderly nursing backbone in hospitals.
