A Summary of Researchs on "Intelligent Tourism" Satisfaction

“智慧城市”和“智慧旅游”理念成了开发全新旅游体验,提高游客满意度的方式之一,文章对国内外游客满意度研究和“智慧旅游”满意度研究进行梳理,发现目前游客满意度研究已经形成了成熟的理论,而“智慧旅游”满意度研究还处于不断探索阶段。

The concept of"intelligent city"and"intelligent tourism"has become one of the ways to develop a new tourism experience and improve the satisfaction of tourists.This paper sorts out the domestic and foreign tourist satisfaction research and the"intelligent tourism"satisfaction research,and finds that the current tourist satisfaction research has formed a mature theory,and the"intelligent tourism"satisfaction research is still in the stage of continuous exploration.
