摘要
通过对A学校2018年“创新强校工程”考核得分对比分析,结合学校“十三五”时期的发展方向和目标,提出需大力提升、有上升空间和保持住现有水平的各三级指标的发展策略,再按照“找标杆、缩差距”“保优势、补短板”的整体策略,明确目标,分解任务,整体推进各项事业的发展,以使该学校的综合办学实力和服务创新发展能力更上一个新台阶。
Based on the comparative analysis of the 2018 scores of the"integrating the university innovation project",with the development direction and objectives of the school during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,this paper puts forward the development strategies of three-level indicators.Then,according to the overall strategy of"finding benchmarks,narrowing the gap","preserving advantages and making up shortcomings",it is clear.To ensure the objectives,decompose the tasks and promote the development of various undertakings as a whole,so as to make the comprehensive school running strength and service innovation and development ability of the school to a new level.
