我国省级档案馆Web可获取性研究

Research on Web Accessibility of Provincial Archives in China

为了解我国省级档案馆Web可获取性状况,文章选取了我国能够代替部分实体档案馆功能、且具有丰富可查阅馆藏资源的省级档案网站作为研究对象,利用AChecker工具、以WCAG 2.0 LevelAA作为评估标准进行Web可获取性评估。结果显示:首先,从可获取性问题数量来看,香港政府档案处网站的可获性程度最高,接下来由高到低依次是从西南、华北、华南和华东向东北、华中和西北地区扩散;其次,从可获取性问题类型来看,文本替换、可区分和键盘可获取问题最多,兼容问题最少;最后,从可获取性法、网页、语料库、技术团队建设等方面给出了提升我国省级档案馆Web可获取性的建议。

To understand the status of the provincial archives of web accessibility in China,this paper selected the websites of archives with rich collection resources which can replace physical one in our country as the research object.Then using the AChecker tools,with WCAG 2.0 Level AA as evaluation standard to assess the provincial archives web accessibility,assessment results showed that:First of all,In terms of the number of accessibility issues,the website of the Hong Kong government records service has the highest accessibility,followed by the spread from southwest China,north China,south China and east China to northeast China,central China and northwest China;Second,in terms of the types of accessibility issues,text alternative,distinguishable,and keyboard accessibility problems occurred most frequently,and compatibility problems were the least.Finally,based on accessibility law,the web page,corpus,technical team building and other aspects,the paper gives some suggestions to improve the web accessibility of China's provincial archives.
