高职院校文明寝室建设探析

加强文明寝室建设有利于促进大学生养成良好的生活习惯,促进寝室成员之间的和谐,促进寝室良好学风的形成。当前,文明寝室建设中还存在一些问题,对于加强文明寝室建设,班主任要加强对学生的教育和管理,要充分发挥学生的主观能动性,组织大学生开展丰富多彩的寝室文化活动,积极评选和表彰文明寝室,加大检查力度,对违规学生进行通报批评。

Strengthening the construction of civilized dormitories is conducive to promoting good living habits for college students,promoting harmony among dormitory members,and promoting the formation of a good study atmosphere in dormitories.At present,there are still some problems in the construction of civilized dormitories.To strengthen the construction of civilized dormitories,class teachers must strengthen the education and management of students,give full play to students'subjective initiative,organize college students to carry out colorful cultural activities in dormitories,actively select and praise civilized dormitories,intensify inspections and criticize offending students.
