A Review on the Influential Factors of College Students’ Mobile Phone Addiction

随着网络的普及以及智能手机的发展,越来越多的大学生出现手机成瘾问题,对他们的日常学习生活造成很大的影响。本文通过大量检索,探讨当代大学生手机成瘾的现状以及成因,梳理了国内外关于手机成瘾研究所涉及的影响因素,将其分为个人因素和环境相关因素分别加以探讨,最后提出避免手机成瘾的有效预防和干预手段。

With the popularization of the Internet and the development of smart phones,more and more college students have the problem of mobile phone addiction,which has a great impact on their daily study and life.This paper discusses the current situation and causes of mobile phone addiction of contemporary college students through a large number of searches,sorts out the influential factors involved in mobile phone addiction research at home and abroad,divides them into personal factors and environment-related factors,and finally proposes effective prevention and intervention measures to avoid mobile phone addiction.
