过程性评价在外科护理学教学中的应用探讨

Application of Process Evaluation in the Teaching of Surgical Nursing

近年来,过程性评价被越来越广泛地应用于外科护理学教学中,其与传统的终结性评价相比,更注重对学生的学习态度、学习动机、学习过程及学习效果的综合性评价。本文首先分析了与终结性评价相比,过程性评价的优势所在,并简要阐述了过程性评价的重要作用,最后就过程性评价在外科护理学教学中的应用作较为详细的论述。

In recent years,process evaluation is more and more widely used in surgical nursing teaching.As compared with the traditional summative evaluation,it lays more emphasis on the integrated evaluation of students'attitude and motivation,learning process and learning outcomes.This paper analyzes the advantages of process evaluation over summative evaluation,and briefly explains the important role of its implementation,and finally makes a more detailed discussion on the application of process evaluation in surgical nursing teaching.
