摘要 课堂教学有效性一直是高职院校教学研究中关注的重点。传统课堂在培养学生职业道德素养和毕业素质能力的有效性方面存在一定欠缺。本文以EIP-OBE为视角,针对如何将两种不同培养方向的教育理念有机结合,提升课堂教学有效性提出了教学策略。从人才培养的主战场——课堂教学视角,研究培养社会主义建设者和接班人的作用机制,弥补了研究的空白。 The effectiveness of classroom teaching has always been the focus of teaching research in higher vocational colleges.Traditional classrooms have certain shortcomings in the effectiveness of cultivating students'professional ethics and graduation qualities.From the perspective of EIP-OBE,this paper proposes teaching strategies on how to organically combine two educational concepts with different training directions to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.From the perspective of classroom teaching,the main position of talent training,this research has made up the gap in research for the training mechanism of socialist builders and successors.
