摘要
本研究认为英语专业学生的就业核心竞争力为英语专业本科大学生通过大学期间的学习经历、实践经历所形成的,有助于个人职业生涯可持续发展、有助于工作中受到用人单位好评、有助于彰显学校人才培养成果的就业优势能力。其衡量指标可分为有助于社会衡量的显性指标能力:升学率(境内考研和境外深造)、就业质量(专业相关度高、薪资水平高)、用人单位满意度(职业稳定性、职业胜任力强)和有助于个人发展的隐形指标能力:专业基础扎实、责任心强、善于学习和解决问题、新媒体宣传能力。
This study believes that the core competence of employment of English majors is the competence forming through the learning experience and practical experience during college,which helps the sustainable development of personal careers,improves the working ability of graduates in practical work,and highlights the employment advantages of talent training results in colleges and universities.Its measurement indicators can be divided into explicit indicators that are conducive to social measurement,including the rate of further studies(domestic postgraduate entrance examination and overseas advanced studies),the quality of employment(high professional relevance,high salary levels),employer satisfaction(occupational stability,occupational competence),and invisible indicators that help personal development,including solid professional foundation,strong sense of responsibility,being good at learning and problem solving,new media publicity ability.
