菲律宾作为西太平洋上的岛国,大小岛屿共有7000多个,风光旖旎,旅游资源丰富,长滩岛、薄荷岛等岛屿在国人圈中更是家喻户晓,素来被当作周边海岛度假的不二之地。但殊不知,除了度假胜地外,菲律宾还是英语语言学习的天堂。在这里,语言学习已经形成了庞大的产业,ESL、考试培训、商务英语满足各种需求的课程一应俱全。此外,面授一对一课程、一对多课程以及线上辅导课程在这里也都颇具规模和体系。
The Philippines is an archipelago with over seven thousand islands. Tourism industry occupy an important status in national economy, and become an external communication platform for the Philippines. From 2013 to 2018, the average growth rate of tourism industry in the Philippines was 8.9%, which was much more than the world growth rate 4.2%. According to the data from UNWTO, the output value of the Philippines tourism industry was about 7.5 billion dollars in 2018. However, most tourists in the Philippines were from China. Dr. Erwin Fernandez Balane from Philippine Department of Tourism Beijing Office said that China would become the largest customer market for the Philippines tourism industry in the next three years.
