移栽基质对香樟组培苗生长的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了筛选出最佳的香樟组培苗移栽基质,将香樟组培苗移栽到3种基质的容器中培养,分别于30、90、150 d测定其成活率和苗高度,结果表明,成活率最高的是2号基质(黄心土∶椰糠∶泥炭土=5.0∶3.5∶1.5),移栽30、90、150 d后组培苗成活率分别为80.70%、73.00%、67.30%;3号基质为单一的黄心土,移栽30、90、150 d后组培苗成活率分别为63.30%、58.00%、55.70%;1号基质(椰糠∶泥炭土=7∶3)移栽效果最差,移栽30、90、150 d后组培苗成活率分别为57.30%、45.70%、44.00%,3种基质的香樟组培苗成活率差异显著(P<0.05),均随移栽时间延长而呈下降趋势。组培苗苗高生长最快是2号基质,组培苗移栽3个不同时间的苗高度分别为3.60、14.90、31.33 cm,日平均高生长量分别为0.12、0.17、0.21 cm,其次是3号基质,苗高度为3.30、13.70、30.16 cm,日平均高生长量分别为0.11、0.15、0.20 cm;最差是1号基质,苗高度为3.30、13.60、28.27 cm,日平均高生长量为0.11、0.15、0.19 cm;150 d后1号基质与其他2种基质的香樟苗高生长差异显著(P<0.05)。移栽基质对香樟组培苗生长影响显著,研究结果可为香樟组培苗工厂化生产提供技术参考。 Tissue culture seedlings of Cinnamomum camphora were transplanted into containers in three kinds of medium for culture,respectively and surveyed seedling survival rate and seedling height after 30,90,150 days.It showed that seedling in No.2 medium(yellow subsoil∶coir dust∶peat soil=5.0∶3.5∶1.5)was the most likely to survive,survival rates were 80.70%,73.00%,67.30%,followed by No.3 medium(yellow subsoil),survival rates were 63.30%,58.00%,55.70%,seedling in No.1 media(coir dust∶peat soil=7∶3)was the most hard to survive,survival rates were 57.30%,45.70%44.00%.The survival rates of 3 treatments of C.camphora seedlings were significantly different(P<0.05).Seedling in fastest growing was the one in medium No.2(3.60,14.90,31.33 cm),followed by the one in medium No.3(3.30,13.70,30.16 cm),the lowest growing seedling was the one in No.1 culture medium(3.30,13.60,28.27 cm).Height of seedling in No.1 culture medium was significantly different from the one in another two culture medium(P<0.05)after 150 d.The transplant medium had significant effects on the growth of the tissue culture seedlings of C.camphora.The research results can provide a technical reference for the industrial production of the seedlings.
