摘要
[目的]研究大叶胡颓子繁殖技术。[方法]用不同浓度赤霉素溶液处理种子12 h,并用不同浓度ABT-1号生根粉处理插穗,观察种子发芽势、发芽率和插穗成活率。[结果]用300 mg/L的赤霉素溶液浸泡种子后种子发芽势为38.86%,发芽率达70.23%。在用2000 mg/L的生根剂处理时,插穗成活率达到最高值58.66%。[结论]赤霉素溶液和ABT-1号生根粉对大叶胡颓子繁殖起到了明显的促进作用。
[Objective]To study the Elaeagnus macrophylla Thunb propagation technique.[Method]To treat the seeds with different concentrations of gibberellin solution 12 h,treat the cuttings with different concentrations ABT-1 rooting powder,the seed germination potential and germination rate,survival rate of cuttings were observed.[Result]After soaking the seeds with 300 mg/L gibberellin solution,the seed germination potential was 38.86%,and the germination rate reached 70.23%.When treated with 2000 mg/L rooting agent,the survival rate of cuttings reached the maximum of 58.66%.[Conclusion]Gibberellin solution and ABT-1 rooting powder played significant roles in promoting the reproduction of Elaeagnus macrophylla Thunb.
