摘要
[目的]建立灰色关联度模型,评价不同产地广藿香药材的质量。[方法]以20个不同产地广藿香药材为研究对象,测定百秋李醇、广藿香酮、挥发油、浸出物、总灰分含量,结合灰色关联度分析法构建广藿香药材质量的灰色关联度评价模型。[结果]20个产地广藿香样品的相对关联度为0.3188~0.6169,其中10个产地样品的相对关联度>0.50,其他产地样品的相对关联度<0.50。肇庆高要、雷州英利、阳春潭水产地广藿香样品的相对关联度排名靠前,药材质量优,海南万宁、琼海产地广藿香样品的相对关联度排名靠后,药材质量差。[结论]灰色关联度分析法及模型可用于广藿香药材的质量评价,该研究结果可为广藿香资源的开发与利用提供参考依据。
[Objective]To establish the grey correlation degree model and evaluate the quality of Pogostemon cablin from different producing areas.[Method]Twenty samples of Pogostemon cablin from different producing areas were collected,the contents of patchouli alcohol,pogostone,volatile oil,extract and total ash of Pogostemon cablin were determined.The grey correlation degree model for evaluating the quality of Pogostemon cablin was established by grey correlation analysis.[Result]The relative correlation degrees of all evaluation samples were 0.3188-0.6169.Among them,the relative correlation degrees of samples from ten producing areas were greater than 0.50,the relative correlation degrees of the rest samples from other producing areas were less than 0.50.The samples of Pogostemon cablin produced in Gaoyao District of Zhaoqing City,Yingli Town of Leizhou City and Tanshui Town of Yangchun City ranked the top few in the relative correlation degrees,which had better quality.The samples of Pogostemon cablin from Wanning City of Hainan Province,Qionghai City of Hainan Province ranked the bottom few in the relative correlation degrees,indicating that the samples produced in these areas had poor quality.[Conclusion]The grey correlation degree method and the model can be used to evaluate the quality of Pogostemon cablin,which can provide a reference basis for the exploitation and utilization of this resources.
