经方当归芍药散在妇科疾病中的应用探究

当归芍药散是经方鼻祖张仲景的代表方剂之一,出自其《金匮要略·妇人篇》,是治疗肝脾失和、气血不畅、痰湿淤阻的代表方,原方主治妇人腹痛和其他腹部疼痛。笔者充分利用当归芍药散的精良主方,以治病实为治证的理论为指导,结合病症以及患者本身体质等具体情况对配方适当加减,对总病机为肝脾失调的多种妇科疾病,如痛经、盆腔炎、月经不调、卵巢囊肿、更年期综合征、黄褐斑等进行论治,取得一定的临床效果,并从中西医发病机制分析取得疗效的原因。
