赣州市2018年乙型肝炎流行病学特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics analysis of hepatitis B in Ganzhou city in 2018

目的分析赣州市2018年乙型肝炎流行病学特征。方法收集2018年来源于中国疾病监测信息报告系统的乙型肝炎报告个案信息。采用流行病学描述法分析赣州市2018年乙型肝炎疫情监测数据,统计不同性别、不同年龄、不同职业、不同时间和不同地区的流行病学特征。结果赣州市2018年总报告乙型肝炎9906例,年均报告发病率为115.34/10万,发病数占总人口的0.12%,病死率为0.07%(7/9906)。男性发病率明显高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。20~<60岁发病率较高,农民发病率最高,乙型肝炎5月份发病率最高。定南县的发病率最高,其次为寻乌县。结论青年男性农民群体是赣州市乙型肝炎发病的重点人群,应加强对该群体的健康宣教,扩大疫苗接种范围,进而降低发病率。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis B in Ganzhou city in 2018.Methods The case information of hepatitis B report in China Disease Surveillance Information reporting system in 2018 was collected in this study.Epidemiological description method was adopted to analyze the surveillance data of hepatitis B in Ganzhou city in 2018,and the epidemiological characteristics of different gender,age,occupation,time and regions were counted.Results In the 2018 report of Ganzhou city,9906 cases of hepatitis B were reported,the annual average reported incidence rate was 115.34/100000.The incidence of disease accounted for 0.12%of the total population,and the case fatality rate was 0.07%(7/9906).The incidence rate of males was significantly higher than that of females,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate was higher in 20-<60 years old,the highest incidence rate among farmers,the incidence rate was the highest in May.The incidence rate of Dingnan county is the highest,followed by Xunwu county.Conclusion Young male farmers are the key population of hepatitis B in Ganzhou city,so we should strengthen the health education of this group,expand the scope of vaccination,and then reduce the incidence of hepatitis B.
