分期康复护理对脑梗死患者肢体运动功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of staging rehabilitation nursing on limb motor function and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨分期康复护理对脑梗死患者肢体运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院收治的40例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,根据抽签法将其分为观察组(20例)和对照组(20例)。对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组采用分期康复护理,比较两组患者的肢体运动功能及生活质量。结果观察组的情感、躯体活动、社交活动、睡眠、精力评分均高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的上肢肌力、下肢肌力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组的上肢肌力、下肢肌力评分均高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的下肢肌力、上肢肌力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将分期康复护理应用于脑梗死患者的护理中,能够显著提升患者的生活质量,改善患者的肢体运动功能,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective To observe the effect of staging rehabilitation nursing on limb motor function in and the quality of life patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 40 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects,they were divided into observation group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases)according to the lottery method.Routine rehabilitation nursing was used in the control group,and staging rehabilitation nursing was used in the observation group,the motor function and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of emotion,physical activity,social activity,sleep and energy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of pain were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in upper limb muscle strength and lower limb muscle strength scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of upper limb muscle strength and lower limb muscle strength of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the lower and upper limb muscle strength scores of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying staging rehabilitation nursing to the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and improve the limb motor function of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
