综合护理干预在广泛全子宫切除术患者围术期护理中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing extensive hysterectomy

目的探讨综合护理干预在广泛全子宫切除术患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月~2018年9月我院实施60例广泛全子宫切除术患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规的护理干预方案,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预护理,比较两组体温变化情况、寒颤与术后并发症发生率及围术期指标包括手术时间、麻醉时间、苏醒时间、术中输液量、术中冲洗量的差异。结果观察组术中及术后体温高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术、麻醉时间、患者苏醒时间短于对照组,术中输液量与冲洗量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组寒颤发生率为10.00%(3/30),低于对照组的40.00%(12/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率为13.33%(4/30),低于对照组的36.67%(11/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预有利于预防腹腔镜下广泛全子宫切除术中低体温的发生,降低寒颤与术后并发症的发生,改善患者围术期指标。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients undergoing extensive hysterectomy.Methods Sixty patients who underwent extensive hysterectomy in our hospital from June 2016 to September 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The changes of body temperature,the incidence of shivering and complications and perioperative indicators including operation time,anesthesia time,recovery time,intraoperative infusion volume and intraoperative irrigation volume were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative and postoperative temperature in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,anesthesia time and recovery time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the infusion volume and irrigation volume during the operation were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of shivering was 10.00%(3/30),lower than 40.00%(12/30)of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 13.33%(4/30),lower than 36.67%(11/30)of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to prevent hypothermia during extensive hysterectomy,reduce the incidence of chills and improve perioperative indicators.
