大数据背景下高校精准学生资助工作机制研究

Research on the Mechanism of Targeted Student Funding in College and Universities under the Background of Big Data

高校学生资助工作作为国家整体资助的重要组成部分,其发展将直接影响到高校人才培养的质量。文章以大数据发展为契机,以安徽大学为例,建立高校精准扶贫工作机制,开创大数据与高校资助工作结合的新思路,运用层次分析法构建贫困生认定量化指标体系,将信息以数字化、科学化形式加以整理、归纳和运用,实行差异性资助和动态化管理模式,从而推进资助育人精准、实效。

As an important component of the overall national funding,the development of the student funding work in Colleges and universities may directly affect the quality of the talent cultivation.Based on the development of big data,this article will take Anhui University as an example to establish a working mechanism for targeted poverty alleviation in College and universities.A novel idea of combining big data with the funding work is introduced,which uses analytic hierarchy process to construct a quantitative index system for identifying poor students.Then,summarize and apply the information in the form of digitalization and scientificalization to realize the differentiated funding and dynamic management mode.This will promote the accuracy and effectiveness of the funding education.
