传统建材专业校企合作现状分析与探究——以洛阳理工学院为例

The Analysis and Research on the Current Situation of the Cooperation between the Traditional Building Materials and the Enterprises——taking Luoyang Polytechnic as an Example

以洛阳理工学院为例,分析该校无机非金属材料工程专业校企合作的现状及存在的问题,提出全程校企合作的对策:借助我国建材工业深入推进实施国家"一带一路"发展战略,改革创新校企合作方式,坚持培养创新型高技术应用型人才,让企业人员全程参与到本专业人才培养过程;深化产教融合,搭建校企合作平台。

Taking Luoyang Institute of Technology as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the cooperation between enterprises and inorganic non-metallic materials engineering majors in Luoyang Polytechnic University.This paper puts forward the countermeasures of the whole process of school-enterprise cooperation:with the help of the building material industry of our country,we can further promote the implementation of the national"Belt and Road Initiative"development strategy,reform and innovate the school-enterprise cooperation mode,and persist in training innovative and high-tech applied Let the enterprise personnel participate in the whole process of professional personnel training;We will deepen the integration of production and education and build a platform for cooperation between schools and enterprises.
