浅谈农村中学思想政治教育问题及对策

On the Problems and Countermeasures of Ideological and Political Education in Rural Middle Schools

党的十八大以来,我国的教育事业全面发展。但在当前中学的思想政治教育过程中,仍存在师生对课堂兴趣不高、教学方法内容陈旧、师资力量薄弱、教育环境复杂等方面的问题,文章从激发课堂气氛、丰富教学方法与内容、提高教育队伍素质、优化教育环境等方面出发,提出一些改进措施,希望能切实提高农村中学思想政治教育的效果。

Since the 18 th National Congress,China’s education has developed in an all-round way.However,in the process of ideological and political education in middle schools,there are still some problems in the process of ideological and political education,such as the low interest of teachers and students in the classroom,the outdated content of teaching methods,the weak strength of teachers,and the complicated educational environment,etc.This paper intends to stimulate the classroom atmosphere.From the aspects of enriching the teaching methods and contents,improving the quality of the educational team and optimizing the educational environment,this paper puts forward some improvement measures in the hope of giving full play to the effect of ideological and political education in rural middle schools.
