老龄化社会背景下,我国护理专业人才的需求缺口大。护理专业服务对象是人,要树立知识、能力、职业素质和职业道德并重的人才培养观。专业课程作为人才培养的重要载体,对学生思想素质的养成有重要影响。《护理伦理学》作为护理专业课程体系中的一门必修课,作者在教学理念、目标、内容、方法上进行教学改革,把社会主义核心价值观融入专业课程教学,以期推动专业课教学和思想政治教育紧密结合。
