军队院校文献采编工作引入外包模式研究

Research on the Introduction of Outsourcing Mode in the Document Acquisitioning and Cataloguing of Military Academy

军队院校由于其特殊性,在开展采编业务外包模式时与地方图书馆有较大差异。目前,很多军校图书馆尝试引入业务外包来缓解人手不足的压力,但在具体操作过程中出现了合同条款不够规范、加工编目质量难以把控等方面的问题,如何扬长避短、趋利避害,成为该文所要探讨的问题。

Due to its particularity,the library of military academy are quite different from local libraries in conducting business outsourcing.At present,many libraries of military academies try to introduce outsourcing mode in the book acquisitioning and cataloguing to alleviate the pressure of shortage of staff.However,in the specific operation process,there are some problems,such as the lack of standardization of contract terms,difficult to control the quality of processing and cataloguing,and so on.How to promote advantages and avoid disadvantages,has become the issue to be discussed in this paper.
