产教融合视域下现代学徒制战略研究

随着产教融合的深入,现代学徒制已成为高职院校人才培养的重要方式和途径,基于现代学徒制试点工作,分析本校实施过程来阐述实施学徒制的思路及存在的问题,提出通过找准利益平衡点来建立长效育人机制、建立互联互通的指导及监管渠道及增强学生学徒认知度等关键要素,才能可持续性地推进学徒制育人模式。

The modern apprenticeship has become an important way to cultivate talents in higher vocational colleges with the further development of combining production and education,the paper introduces the ideas on practicing modern apprenticeship in our school.And the recommendations for standardizing and optimizing the main existing problems was proposed,if the apprenticeship education model is operated sustainably,a long-term educational mechanism must is established by finding the balance of interests,Interconnection Guidance and Supervision Channels is established,too.nd what’s more,enhancing cognition of Apprentices to students.
