高校体验式职业规划课程设计的思考

摘要 大学生职业规划课是高校必修课,旨在帮助学生合理规划个人职业和人生发展。但传统的教学模式已难以满足课程教学要求和学生的期待,文章尝试通过体验式教学将职业规划课程与专业学习紧密结合,开展案例教学、分类教学和实践教学等方式创新课程设计,进一步提高职业生涯规划课程的实用性和吸引力。 College students’ career planning course is a compulsory course,which aims to help students plan their personal career and life development reasonably.However,the traditional teaching mode has been difficult to meet the requirements of curriculum teaching and the expectations of students.This paper tries to combine career planning curriculum with professional learning closely through experiential teaching to carry out case teaching.Classification teaching and practice teaching innovate curriculum design to further improve the practicability and attractiveness of career planning curriculum.
