摘要
在健康中国2030指导下和《国家职业教育改革实施方案》(职教20条)中,培养高素质护理人才成为满足居民健康需求的一大要素,在提升整个国民生存质量中起到至关重要的作用,探索在卓越护士人才培养过程中人文课程体系构建的理论和内涵,在教学过程中培养岗位胜任和人文素养并存的优秀护理人员就显得尤为重要了。
Under the guidance of healthy China 2030 and in 20 articles of vocational education,the cultivation of high-quality nursing talents is the element to meet the health needs of residents and plays an important role in improving the quality of life of the whole people.It is particularly important to explore the theory and connotation of the construction of humanistic curriculum system in the process of cultivating excellent nurses,and it is particularly important to train excellent nursing staff with both post competence and humanistic literacy in the process of teaching.
