高等工科院校创新型生物科技人才培养的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Innovative Biotechnology Talents Training in Higher Technology Colleges

为了培养国家急需的创新型生物科技人才,满足生物科技领域创新驱动、人才强国、产业发展的迫切需求,创新型生物科技人才的培养是实现生物科技和生物科技产业可持续发展的基本保障。目前高校生物教育还存在课程设置不合理、专业狭窄、生产实践不足的种种问题和不足,湖北工业大学注重理论更新,拓展专业领域,加大实践力度,在创新型复合型人才培养上取得了一定的成效,以期为我国高校生物技术专业人才培养提供参考。

In order to train innovative biotechnology talents urgently needed by our country and meet the urgent needs of innovation-driven,talent strategy and industry development in the field of biotechnology,the cultivation of innovative biotechnology talents is the basic guarantee for the sustainable development of biotechnology and biotechnology industry.At present,there are still many problems and shortcomings in biology education in colleges and universities,such as unreasonable curriculum,narrow specialty and insufficient production practice.Hubei University of Technology pays attention to theoretical renewal,expands professional fields and intensifies practice.It has achieved certain results in the cultivation of innovative and compound talents,with a view to providing reference for the cultivation of biotechnology professionals in colleges and universities in China.
