摘要
"新工科"是相对于"现有工科"或"传统工科"而提出的,在"新工科"的建设过程中,对工程管理专业的人才培养,在工程实践能力方面提出了新的、更高的要求。工程管理专业兼具工程技术和管理的综合特征,针对当前工程管理专业大学生工程实践能力培养的不足,探索基于学科竞赛的大学生工程实践能力培养方法。实践表明,该方法能够提供全方位、多角度、宽领域的学习渠道,切实增强了学生对理论知识的掌握以及工程实践能力的提升。
"New Engineering" is proposed in relation to "existing engineering" or "traditional engineering".In the process of the construction of "New Engineering",new and higher requirements have been put forward for the training of engineering management professionals in terms of engineering practice ability.Engineering management specialty has the comprehensive characteristics of engineering technology and management,In view of the insufficiency of engineering practice ability training for engineering management majors at present,this paper explores the training method of engineering practice ability for university students based on discipline competition.Practice shows that this method can provide all-round,multi-angle and wide-field learning channels,effectively enhance the students’ mastery of theoretical knowledge,and enhance the ability of Engineering practice.
