摘要
电子功能材料及元器件是学校针对物理与电子工程学院物理学及通信、电科专业本科生开设的选修课。文章通过修改教学内容、改进教学方法、优化考核模式三个方面进行课程设计。阐述了在物理学及通信、电科专业如何进行电子功能材料及元器件选修课教学并增强教学效果。
Electronic functional materials and components is an elective course in our school for the physics,communications,electrical science undergraduate.In this paper,we made the curriculum design in three aspects,including modifying the teaching contents,improving teaching method and optimization examination mode.Elaborate how to conduct and teach electronic functional materials and components and how to improve the effect for students of physics,communications,electrical science.
