微信平台结合案例教学法在口腔正畸实验教学中的应用和体会 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨微信平台结合案例教学法在口腔正畸实验教学中的应用。方法:将2013级50名口腔专业本科学生随机分为两组:实验组和对照组,每组25人。实验组在正畸实验教学中采用微信平台结合案例教学法,对照组采用传统的教学法。采用问卷调查和期末试卷成绩分析的方式对两种不同的教学方法进行教学效果评估。应用SPSS 23.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:调查问卷显示实验组92%以上的学生喜欢微信平台结合案例教学法,全部或大部分学生认为这种方法有利于理论知识的理解和系统化,有效提高学习兴趣和自主学习能力,有效促进口腔正畸学临床思维模式的建立,增加团队协作能力。实验组期末试卷成绩为82.28±5.12分,对照组为78.38±5.38分,实验组成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:在口腔正畸实验教学中实施微信平台结合案例教学法可有效提高学生学习积极性和主动性,有利于建立正畸临床思维模式,提高教学质量,为口腔正畸实验教学改革提供了新的思路和模式。 Objective To explore the application of We Chat platform combined with Case-Based learning in the experimental teaching of orthodontics.Methods 50 undergraduate students majoring in stomatology in 2013 were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group,with 25 students in each group.The experimental group adopted WeChat platform combined with Case-Based learning in the experimental teaching of orthodontics,while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.Two different teaching methods were evaluated by questionnaire survey and grade analysis of final exam.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS23.0 software.Results The questionnaire survey showed that the experimental group with more than 92% of the students liked WeChat platform combined with Case-Based learning in the experimental teaching of orthodontics,all or most of the students thought it was helpful to understand and systematize the theoretical knowledge,improve the interest in learning and autonomous learning ability,promote the establishment of orthodontics clinical thinking mode effectively,increase the team cooperation ability.The final paper score of the experimental group(82.28±5.12) was higher than that of the control group(78.38±5.38).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat platform combined with Case-Based learning in the experimental teaching of orthodontics can effectively inspire the enthusiasm and initiative of students,promote the establishment of orthodontics clinical thinking mode,improve teaching quality,and provide a new idea and model for the experimental teaching of orthodontics.
