摘要
高校青年教师受到各种因素的影响,在专业发展的表现上受到诸多外部条件的限制,课堂教学技能发展较为滞后。认识到"备学生"的重要性,从学生的知识、学习能力和家庭环境等方面来入手调整教学策略,提高教学专业技能,为青年教师专业发展提供可行之路。
The young teachers in colleges and universities are affected by various factors and restricted by many external conditions in their professional development,and the development of classroom teaching skills lags behind.Recognizing the importance of "preparing students",starting with adjusting teaching strategies from the aspects of students’ knowledge,learning ability and family environment,so as to improve their professional skills and provide a feasible way for the professional development of young teachers.
