摘要 新入职班主任充满工作热情,有时在家校沟通中由于工作方法还不够成熟,处理事情不够周到,令家长不太满意,从而影响新入职班主任的工作心态,极易产生职业倦怠感。家校沟通中如何发挥班主任的主导作用,如何调整心态来缓解新入职班主任的工作压力,是值得研究的课题。 The new incoming head teacher is full of enthusiasm for work.Sometimes,due to the immature working methods and the inattentive handling of things in home-school communication,the parents are not satisfied with the work,thus affecting the working mentality of the new incoming head teachers.Very easy to produce a sense of job burnout.How to play the leading role of the head teacher and how to adjust the mentality to relieve the work pressure of the new class teacher in the communication between home and school is a subject worthy of study.
