摘要 新课程改革倡导的学习方式包括自主学习、合作学习等,体现的是学生的"真学习",我校正在实行的"小先生制"下的伙伴学习就是这样的学习方式,这样的课堂将越来越多的时间还给学生,教师"退居二线"关注学生"怎样学",在此基础上学生"互教互学",其各方面能力得到提高,但这样的课堂有时会出现一定的矛盾,这便引起我们思考。 the learning methods advocated by the new curriculum reform include autonomous learning,cooperative learning and so on,which embodies the "true learning" of students,and the partner learning under the "little gentleman system" being implemented in our school is such a way of learning.In such a classroom,more and more time will be returned to the students.The teachers "withdraw from the second line" and pay attention to how to learn ".On this basis,the students" teach each other and learn from each other ",and their abilities in all aspects have been improved.But sometimes there will be some contradictions in such a classroom,which will cause us to think.
