基于嵌入式洗碗机门体铰链机构的理论分析

摘要 门体铰链机构能完成洗碗机门体开合动作,是洗碗机的重要结构部件。本文首先通过门体开关门状态,分析了门体铰链机构系统中各力矩间的关系式,其次对机构进行受力分析,推导出系统合成力矩随门体角度变化的理论计算公式,最后利用Matlab进行数值模拟分析,讨论了弹簧设计参数对开门角度的影响。综上,本文可作为洗碗机门体铰链的研发设计的理论参考。 The door hinge mechanism can complete the opening and closing action of the dishwasher door and is an important structural component of the dishwasher.Firstly,the relationship between the torques in the door hinge mechanism system is analyzed by the state of the door opening and closing door.Secondly,the force analysis of the mechanism is carried out,and the theoretical calculation formula of the system’s combined torque with the angle of the door body is derived.Finally,using Matlab for numerical simulation analysis,the influence of spring design parameters on the opening angle is discussed.In summary,this paper can be used as the theoretical basis for the development and design of the door hinge of the dishwasher.
