摘要
依据微生态学和仿生学理论,采用一种或多种益生菌(乳酸杆菌、芽孢杆菌、双歧杆菌等)对中药进行发酵,发酵产物在防治畜禽疾病、提高畜禽生产性能、改善饲料适口性、提高机体免疫功能等方面作用显著,本文就发酵中药的概念、优点、在畜禽生产中的应用及小结进行综述,为发酵中药在畜禽生产中研究与应用提供参考。
Fermented traditional Chinese medicine is based on microecology and bionics theory. It uses one or more probiotics(Lactobacillus,Bacillus,Bifidobacterium,etc.)to ferment Chinese medicine. The fermentation products are used to prevent livestock diseases and improve livestock and poultry. The production performance,improving the palatability of feed and improving the body’s immune function are significant. This paper reviews the concept and advantages of fermented Chinese medicine,its application and summary in livestock and poultry production,and provides research and application of fermented Chinese medicine in livestock and poultry production. reference.
