摘要 为全面利用电能质量各评价指标所蕴含的信息,得到客观、准确的电能质量综合评价结果,提出一种CRTICI-TOPSIS综合评价方法。首先,该方法全面考虑了各指标的差异性与关联性,采用CRITIC赋权法确定各评价指标的权重;其次,将评价对象与电能质量等级分类标准相结合,并利用相对距离改进TOPSIS(逼近理想解距离法)中相对贴近度的缺陷,使得该综合评价算法具有更高的适用性。改进后的相对距离不仅可以对评价对象进行优劣排序,且能确定评价对象级别归属;最后,采用某观测站五个观测点所采集的电能质量各指标数据进行实例分析,分析结果表明CRTICI-TOPSIS电能质量综合评价方法可以充分利用原有数据信息,所得出的评价结果客观全面,且可信度更高。 A comprehensive evaluation method of CRTICI-TOPSIS was proposed in order to get more objective and accurate comprehen-sive evaluation results with comprehensively utilizing the information that contained in the various evaluation indicators of power quality.First of all,in this evaluation method the heterogeneity and correlations were considered comprehensively,and CRITIC weighting method was utilized to identify the weight of different evaluation index.Secondly,the evaluation object was combined with the power quality classification standard,and relative distance was used to improve the defect of relative proximity degree in TOPSIS(approximate ideal solution distance method),so that the comprehensive evaluation algorithm has higher applicability.The improved relative distance can not only rank the evaluation objects,but also determine the grade of evaluation objects.Finally,the data of power quality collected by five observation points of observatory were analyzed by example verification.The analysis results show that the comprehensive evaluation method of CRTICI-TOPSIS fully utilize that original data information with better rationality and applicability.The obtained evaluation results are objective and comprehensive with higher credibility.
