摘要
目的:通过测量冠心病血瘀证各个时期动物模型的心电图确定冠心病血瘀证演变过程的特点。方法:通过喂食高脂食物及维生素D 3建立冠心病血瘀证的动物模型,在冠心病血瘀证的不同时期,使用水合氯醛溶液麻醉后测量各个时期的心电图。结果:冠心病血瘀证的发展是一个渐进的过程,各个时期的心电图与前一阶段相比都存在心肌缺血更加严重的情况,其中在血瘀证前期时缺血改变不明显(S-T段≤0.05 mV);亚血瘀证期时,可能是存在个体差异的原因,少许动物模型出现S-T段的明显改变,表明存在心肌缺血;心血瘀阻证期时,心电图的改变存在着多种形式,其中83.3%的动物模型出现了S-T段的改变,其中对照组出现S-T段的改变为93.3%;出现心律失常及QRS波异常的情况分别为26.7%和33.3%。结论:冠心病血瘀证是一个逐渐发展的过程,随着时间的推移,心肌供血的程度会愈加严重,且通过心电图当中J点及S-T段的改变程度,可为冠心病血瘀证的心血瘀阻程度提供依据。
Objective:To determine the developing characteristics of coronary heart disease(CHD)of blood stasis syndrome,by measuring the different period of electrocardiogram(ECG).Methods:CHD model of blood stasis syndrome was established by diet of high-fat food and vitamin D3.ECG was measured after anesthesia with chloral hydrate solution in different CHD periods.Results:The development of CHD with blood stasis syndrome is a gradual process.Each period of ECG became worse in myocardial ischemia than the previous one,and the ischemic change was not obvious in the early stage of blood stasis syndrome(ST≤0.05 mV).During the sub-blood stasis period,a few animal models also showed significant changes in the ST segment due to individual differences,which indicated the presence of myocardial ischemia.During the blood stasis period,there were many changes in the ECG.83.3%of the animal models showed ST segment changes.In terms of the control group,ST segment changes accounted for 93.3%,the arrhythmia was 26.7%and abnormalities of QRS wave was 33.3%.Conclusion:The blood stasis syndrome of CHD is a gradual development process.With the time passing by,the degree of myocardial blood supply will become more worse,and the change degree of J point and ST segment in ECG can be the evidence of blood stasis syndrome of CHD.
